Please review these Terms carefully as they serve as an enforceable contract between us and contain important information about your legal rights, remedies, and obligations.

You may not access or use the Services or create an account for unlawful purposes. Your use of the Services and your behavior on our platform must comply with applicable local and national laws or regulations of your country. You are solely responsible for the knowledge of and compliance with such laws and regulations that are applicable to you.

SMARTAISCHOOL does not sell the Service to children, but only to adults who can purchase the Service with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent, legal guardian, or at the direction of your School. Your School may impose additional policies regarding the use of the Service, with which you must comply.

If you open an SMARTAISCHOOL account to provide the Service to students in a School, you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the School with the authority to bind the School to this Agreement, and that you agree to this Agreement on the School’s behalf.

By accessing or using the Service, or by clicking a button or checking a box marked “I Agree” (or something similar), you signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Agreement”), and to the collection and use of your information as set forth in our Privacy Policy, whether or not you are a registered user of our Service. SMARTAISCHOOL reserves the right to modify this Agreement so long as it provides notice of these changes to you as described below.

During your subscription to a Subscription Plan, you get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription with limited credits from us to access and view the content included in that Subscription Plan via the Services. The duration of service will end upon using the entire credits allocated for that subscription. There is no weekly or daily subscription plan, only monthly or annually. A subscription is valid for one user only, AND on one electronic device only. The subscription fee will be listed for each course or bundle of courses.  

After successful payment, the user’s purchased course or bundle will be activated within 36 hours.   After that, the user will not be able to access the learning material. However, the user will continue to have access to the website without access to the learning material.

All fees paid for a subscription are final and nonrefundable.  Credits for a month is not transferable to the next month.

 

To subscribe to a Subscription Plan, you must provide a payment method. By subscribing to a Subscription Plan and providing your billing information during checkout, you grant us and our payment service providers the right to process payment for the then-applicable fees via the payment method we have on record for you.

A subscription is valid for one user only, on one electronic device only. An electronic device can be one of the following: smart phone, laptop, desktop, or tablet. Signing in to the website from multiple devices is not permitted. Signing in to the website can be done on one device at a time.

When users cancel or close their accounts, all their data will be deleted automatically and permanently.

The Service helps its users to learn and practice various subjects including mathematics, language arts, science, Arabic language. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new or improved features to the Service shall be provided subject to this Agreement. You understand and agree that the Service is provided “as-is” and that IW Institute assumes no responsibility for any mistakes, errors, or omissions, including any unavailability of the Service or deletion or loss of any data relating to the Service.

It is to be understood that AI outcomes and generation are not always 100% accurate. It has been sited that AI sometime provides outdated resulted, wrong results, or inaccurate dates or references, or conclusions, etc.

SMARTAISCHOOL grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the Service. You agree that you will not copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any right in the Software. You agree not to modify the Software in any manner or form, or to use modified versions of the Software, including (without limitation) for obtaining unauthorized access to the Service. You agree not to access the Service by any means other than through the interface that is provided by SMARTAISCHOOL for use in accessing the Service.

In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service’s registration form (such information being the “Registration Data”) and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or SMARTAISCHOOL has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, SMARTAISCHOOL has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).
